It's made with lettuce, eggs, cotija cheese, pickled onion, tomato, tortilla chips, and topped with their homemade cilantro-lime dressing. Add bacon or chicken! (photo below) If you are more in the mood for a sandwich, they have some outstanding fare, including a BL-TEA - Bacon, lettuce, tomato, egg, avocado with shallot aioli. Yum. Red's Blues is a four-piece band from Sacramento, California, featuring Beth Reid-Grigsby, aka Sacramento Red, on lead vocals and harmonies, who was inducted into the Sacramento Blues Hall of Fame in September, 2023. With a bass, harmonica, guitar and great vocals, they specialize in traditional blues, as well as a lot of original Americana/Roots music, and have been twice nominated for a SAMMIE award for best blues band in the NorCal region.
