Check out Chef Rudy’s menu for Tuesday, February 6th. Fill your week with a bit of Tuscany!

Choose 3 entrées, each including 2 portions plus 1 Salad & 1 Focaccia per entrée. Package Price: only $80 (or $13.33 per meal) Order by Friday 2/2 and pick it up on Tuesday 2/6 or have it delivered to you and you are set!

TUTTI A TAVOLA  ~ all at the table ~ A variety of menu styles with traditional, vegetarian and vegan options.

Menu for February 6th:

Salads

1. Orto Salad – Organic mixed baby greens, carrots, radishes, olives, tomatoes and a side of balsamic vinaigrette
2. Spinach Salad – Organic baby spinach, carrots, walnuts, caramelized red onions
3. Cali-Italia Salad – Organic mixed greens, gorgonzola cheese, walnuts, dried cranberries and side of vinaigrette (vegan upon request)

Entrees

1. Eggplant Parmigiana & Vegetables made with Walnut Basil Pesto
2. Lasagna with Bechamel & all-beef Chianti Meat Sauce
3. Penne con Salmone Affumicato – Pasta & smoked salmon with cream sauce, grated parmesan
4. Pizza Mushrooms & Olives; Vegetarian or Vegan upon request
5. Ravioli di Zucca con Gorgonzola – Butternut Squash Ravioli with Gorgonzola Cream Sauce
6. Risotto Saffron con Pollo (Saffron Rice with Chicken & Sausage) – Saffron/Onion/Peas & Carrots, sautéed rice; Vegan upon request
7. Vegan – Portobello cap, Spinach & Hearty Lentils with Sage – tossed with toasted cashews, roasted vegetables on the side

Order by Friday, February 2, 5pm. Pickup or Delivery on Tuesday, February 6 between 11am and 6pm. A tavola non s’invecchia mai – “At the table, we never grow old.”
