The Experience, Emeryville: Wondrous Brewing Chill

The Experience:

Fresh IPA in Emeryville!

What’s on tap at Wondrous Brewing Company? A fresh batch of their tried and true Single Cuff West Coast IPA.

It’s a West Coast IPA 6.6% abv. Hopped with Citra + Mosaic. Fans are happy to have this beer back on tap and in cans. This is the second in command in their ‘Cuff’ series, a sequence of beers they make that utilize the king and queen of PNW hops, Citra + Mosaic! Bringing in punchy hop flavor and bitterness and that tropical fruit, citrus delight that you all know and love!

If IPAs aren’t your thing, try their High Tider or Dot in the Sky which are both West Coast Pilsners. Grab your friends and get down to Wondrous. It’s a gem of a brewery with a chill vibe. Hang in their fun outside patio where you’ll find community and dogs are welcome. You can order from Los Moles, Good to Eat Dumplings, KYU2 or Rotten City Pizza – all close by.

The Experience, Alameda: Almanac Beer Co. To-Go!

The Experience:

Almanac Sends Big Virtual Cheers & High Fives for Shopping Local!

As you bring in 2021, Almanac reminds you that ‘Beer is Agriculture’. From grain to glass, they brew a bold and delicious range of fresh and barrel-aged beers. And there are lots of choices! Here are some of their descriptions.

LOVE, LOUD!, VIBES, BOOST, TRUE, and WAVES compose their fresh beer core lineup. Each one has its own personality, hobbies, and quirks. Their Sournovas are naturally conditioned, mixed-culture sour ales, aged for months with real fruit in oak barrels creating juicy, tart, and refreshing brews. Inside their cans of Hypernovas, the flavor odyssey is intense, made with astronomical amounts of real fruit and a touch of lactose. Try their Sunshine & Opportunity collection as they brew these barrel-aged farmhouse ales with a California adventurous spirit. And then there is Farm to Barrel. These hyper-limited 375ml bottles are the ultimate expression of Almanac’s farm to barrel ethos. Enjoy safely!

Holiday Hours: 12-4pm New Year’s Eve and 12-7pm New Year’s Day. Regular Beer To-Go Hours are 12-7pm daily.
