Los Cenzontles and Miko Marks  launch Summer Concerts!

It’s finally here! Friday, June 12th, Pt Richmond Music’s Summer Concert season opens with lively roots Mexican music.and Americana Blues. You won’t want to miss this show, which kicks off at 5:30pm.

When: Friday, June 12, 5:30–7:45 PM
Where: Park Place between West Richmond and Washington Avenues, Richmond, CA 94801
Music: Los Cenzontles – 5:30 PM and Miko Marks – 6:45 PM

Bring your family, friends, lawn chairs, and dancing shoes for an evening of great music and community to celebrate PRM’s 25th Anniversary!

• Beverage Bar – East Brother beers, Windchaser wines, and freshly mixed margaritas. In addition to our wonderful local restaurants
• Food – Pickles and Smoke BBQ and Mr. Dim Sum will be on site all evening plus all our local restaurants will welcome you
• Kids –  custom face-painting designs by Donna Now.
• Bonus fun –  Thanks to our friends at Valhella77, a Bay Area artist-owned skate brand and PRM sponsor, attendees will have a chance to win a custom skateboard and Vahella77 swag during the evening. Stop by the Point Richmond Music information booth to learn how to enter the free opportunity drawing!
• Parking – Please note that parking downtown is very limited. Carpooling, public transportation, biking or walking is highly recommended. Pam DeWitt, Point Richmond Music, wants to alert the business community that that there will be street closures for both Park Place and Washington Avenue from 2 PM until 9 PM. Please move your cars and let your guests know not to park in the triangle.

You are invited to come for the fun and help a great cause: The Milo Foundation. Enjoy an evening Celebrating Doggies, Disco & the Milo Foundation on Saturday, November 15, 4-9pm.

You can join them for a portion of the evening or for the entire evening of fun.

• Performance from the Disco Cats with Todd & Susie as seen on ‘America’s Got Talent’

• 4pm Doggy Meet & Greet – Come meet your Milo doggies in disco costume? Fall in love? Adopt!
• 5pm Silent Auction – Bid on original art by Point Richmond Artists! Enjoy appetizers and wine from your local winery.
• 5:30pm Professional dance show. Think “Dancing with the Stars” meets “Cats” (or rather, “Dogs”)
• 7:30pm Raffle door prizes and bidding results
• 8pm Dance the night away to disco hits from the ‘70s!

About:

The mission of The Milo Foundation is to rescue adoptable dogs and cats from high-kill animal control shelters and adopt them to loving homes best suited to provide lifetime care. We rehabilitate dogs and cats, offer sanctuary to those that are not adoptable, and educate the public about responsible pet guardianship, including spay/neuter.

This event is supported and promoted by the Point Richmond Business Association.
