The Experience: Night Market: Taiwanese Summer Night BBQ & Games! It's summertime and Good to Eat Dumplings says it’s time for a BBQ party! They are setting up charcoal grills in their lovely lighted garden patio to serve up classic Taiwanese BBQ on Saturday/Sunday, July 29/30, 4:30-9:30pm. Imagine the excitement in the air at a Night Market and take in the great BBQ flavors. Join them for good eats and good vibes and learn more about Taiwanese culture. They will be hosting various games that one can find at night markets and street vendors in Taiwan. Hang out with them this weekend and soak in the vibe! Each reservation will come with 6 tokens which can be redeemed for items including Taiwanese sausage, street corn, oysters, beverages, and more. The Experience, Emeryville: Tipsy Putt Fundraiser
The Experience Get your putters ready & take a swing at hunger! Tipsy Putt, Emeryville's mini golf bar & restaurant, has partnered with Move for Hunger and AVE to host a golf tournament for a good cause. The tournament, with various levels of competition, begins at 2pm on Thursday, August 17, at Tipsy Putt at Bay St to benefit Move for Hunger, a nonprofit dedicated to reducing food waste and providing meals for those in need in our community. Tipsy Putt will also conduct a food drive throughout the month of August, naming Move for Hunger as its Sunday FundDay recipient. For every beer and game of golf, Tipsy Putt will donate $1 to Move for Hunger during August. Sponsors are still needed for this Par-tee with a purpose. The Tipsy Putt bar serves up 40 taps of local craft beer
