The Experience, Richmond: East Brother Beer Co. New Release ++

The Experience:

Fall out of Summer beer! And don’t forget – this Sunday is the Summer Classic event.

They weren’t gonna say anything just yet…but we all know East Brother is not great at keeping secrets when Festbier hits the taps.

Their fall seasonal is officially here. Clean, crisp, malt-forward, and brewed with California-grown grain from their partner Admiral Maltings in Alameda .

You’ll hear a lot about Oktoberfest beers over the next couple months, and most of them will be Märzens. They’re the traditional amber lagers, rich, toasty, brewed in March and stored cold through the summer until the festival began. But here’s the thing: the beer actually poured in Munich today isn’t Märzen. It’s Festbier. A bit paler, a bit crisper, brewed with more pilsner malt and meant for long tables, lively conversation and maybe a little dancing.

Classic beers. Classic cars. Classic Vibe.

Rev up your engines! Join the crew at East Brother on Sunday, August 24 from 12 to 8pm, for a day full of fun for your entire family and friends at the 8th Annual Summer Classic. Expect a stunning lineup of classic cars, live music, delicious food and award-winning craft beers!

It’s a way of honoring craftsmanship—both in the garage and in the brewhouse. The Summer Classic allows us to pay homage to iconic cars and the people who meticulously care for them, who also have great stories to tell! This is where Bay Area car owners and admirers connect while soaking up the sunshine with a cold one. Vote for your favorite cars. The top two voted cars will get to take home the Gold Growler Trophy.

Some of your Bay Area’s favorite food trucks will be on-site serving up delicious fare all day long. Put this on your calendar!
