Cheers to 30 Years!
In 1996, Mike and Anne Dashe did something a little bold: they started a winery… and got married in the same year. What began as a shared leap of faith has grown into three decades of winemaking, friendships, and a community they are deeply grateful for.

According to Anne & Mike Dashe, “It’s our way of saying thank you for being part of the journey. Raise a glass with us and stock up while the sale lasts!”

Good wine, good company. They hope to see you this weekend or next for the party!

They focus on crafting wines with a distinctive sense of place and look for that perfect balance of steep hillside vineyards, older vines, and vigor-reducing growing conditions.

Founded by Michael and Anne Dashe, Dashe Cellars crafted its first vintage of Dry Creek Zinfandel in 1996. Since that time, the Dashe’s have focused on producing exceptional, single-vineyard wines using a traditional, non-industrial approach to winemaking

The Experience, Alameda: Dashe Cellars Zin

The Experience:

Zinfandel that tells their story

Welcome to the world of Zin! Grab a friend and get out to Alameda Point to indulge your senses, relax out on their deck sipping Zin as you look out to San Francisco across the Bay. Since 1996, Dashe has  been all in on Zinfandel from Dry Creek Valley—and this Reserve is a true standout. Crafted from their favorite vineyard lots and the finest barrels, it’s bold, balanced, and unmistakably ‘Dashe Cellars’. When you taste this wine you will understand why Zinfandel is their flagship for a reason.

To make this special Dry Creek Reserve wine, they selected two of their favorite vineyards from the region and tasted every barrel, selecting only the best for this Reserve wine. It’s a particularly structured and fruit-forward wine, with a significant component of Petite Sirah and Grenache added for complexity.

They’re open Friday–Sunday—come taste it for yourself… and don’t miss the fun on May 16th at The Base is the Place Open House event on Alameda Point where you can enjoy so many of your Alameda Point favorite places.

Bubbly for Valentine’s Day anyone?!

Nothing says Valentine’s (or Galentine’s) quite like bubbles—Dashe’s sparkling wine brings the sparkle to any celebration, but especially on Valentine’s.

Made 100% from Chenin Blanc grapes grown at the family-owned Heringer Vineyards, the wine has great mouthfeel and crisp acidity–a perfect sparkling wine to pop at your Valentine’s Celebration.

Winemaker Tasting Notes
Color | Pale gold
Aromas | Beautiful light floral aromas, minerals, and toasty yeast.
Taste | Crisp, bright flavors of stone fruit—apricot and peach—balanced with an edge of citrus acidity. The wine shows both great minerality and lush, complex flavors of toasty yeast.
