Food Hall Days in the Art Gardens!

Weekday afternoons at Bridge, from Tuesday to Friday, 2 6pm, Food Hall Days chefs will amaze you with their culinary talents. Dive in and enjoy their gardens and public art. We are reimagining the way chefs sell their food and the way our guests interact in a New Normal,” according to Kit’s Kitchen website.

Here’s the lineup:

  • Tuesday: On Soulfully Dope Taco Tuesday B’s Soulfully Dope Kitchen options include entrees like Lobster Taco Plate, Surf and Turf Nachos, Cobbler Peach and Caramel Apple Bombs for dessert. Tip Top Tonics is onsite with Kombucha on Tap.
  • Wednesday: Chef Shimhi Lil Hungry specializes in Cajun and Creole food — for Vegans and Omnivores. Wings, Greens, Seafood Boils, Chowder.
  • Thursday: Chef Alreca is onsite Thursdays with Jamaican specialties like Escovitch Whole Red Snapper, Curry King Crab, or Brownstew Tofu and Vegetables. All entrees are served with Rice & Peas and Plantains.
  • Friday: Food Hall Fridays are a great time to stop in and relax with good food, good people, handcrafted beer and live music! M6 Catering and Soulfully Dope Kitchen are onsite with soul and creole cooking. Richmond’s own Origin Brewer will be sampling out their beers (21+ with ID).  Relax in the garden with live music from Steven Green and the Lifeline.

Lunch is served M-F, 11am – 3pm. Grab some soulful, deeply satisfying food to enjoy in their landscaped art gardens or to take home. Buddha Bowls, Hand-tossed pizzas, and the best Wings in town! 510-672-0006

What Goes Better with Wine than Cheese!

7th Annual SF Cheese Fest Happening at Riggers Loft Saturday, October 22, 6 – 9 pm with a 5pm VIP Tasting

Meet the best cheesemaking talent in the Golden State for a fun and flavorful evening as you immerse yourself in the stunning, panoramic view of the San Francisco skyline – all while tasting local cheese, beer, wine and cider, as you watch the boats sail by!

A multitude of California artisan cheesemakers showcase their cheeses while guests sip wines, beers and ciders and enjoy live music. A vibrant mix of cheese + wine lovers, cheese professionals, wine makers, food journalists, and other tastemakers, all together on the water in Richmond as the sun sets over the Bay. The 2022 SF Cheese Fest is produced by the California Artisan Cheese Guild and all proceeds benefit the Guild.

California’s artisan cheesemakers are producing some of the tastiest and most exciting cheeses in the country. At the Cheesemaker Celebration, a multitude of the Golden State’s best artisan cheesemakers will gather to present and sample their delicious hard work and mingle with guests, at the Riggers Loft in Point Richmond.  The cheeses will be paired with local pickles, preserves, chocolate, and charcuterie as well as plenty of local beer, cider and wine to wash it all down.

Oyster Sunday on the Patio!

Come out to what folks say is one of the best patio experiences on the Bay. Sunday is Oyster Sunday at Riggers Loft from 1-7pm! You can have oysters two ways:

  • OYSTERS ON THE HALF SHELL – Served with cocktail sauce & sauce mignonette
  • GRILLED OYSTERS NEW ORLEANS STYLE – With butter, red bell pepper and Parmigiano & Romano cheese

Riggers Loft suggests that you pair your oysters with a glass of sparkly! Not up for oysters? Enjoy Chef Frank Miller’s scrumptious cuisine – wood fired pizzas, smoked meats, fresh salads, seafood, burgers and more!

And this Sunday from 2-5pm, listen to the tunes of the RPM3 Jazz Trio, a highly swinging band devoted to personalized renditions of jazz classics, standards from the Great American Songbook, and Brazilian gems. The members are Bay Area jazz stalwarts: Jazz guitarist/arranger/composer Tony Corman, bassist Karl Hartmann, and drummer Gerry Kennett.

Reservations highly recommended, especially when the music is playing.

Live Music is Back at the Townhouse on Thursdays!

A fun evening awaits you as you iimmerse yourself in some great jazz with signature cocktails. craft beer and great wine. Plus appetizers, comfort food and legendary entrees.

This week’s artist: Q4 Jazz Project! The Q4 Jazz Project presents contemporary arrangements reflecting the “Blue Note” era in jazz. Many great and unforgettable jazz musicians were introduced to the world by Blue Note Records and their music lives on today. Their goal is to keep it alive and exciting with new arrangements and approaches to many of the same iconic compositions. The musicians have all accompanied and been influenced by Jazz greats including Joe Henderson, Art Tatum, Thelonius Monk, Herbie Hancock, John Handy, Quincy Jones, Wes Montgomery, George Benson, Pharoah Sanders and Elvin Jones, to name a few.
