Sea Change Sessions – A Meditation + Sailing Experience

Passage Nautical offers this unique collaboration with Vedic Meditation master James Brown, to get ahead of holiday stress and set you up for smoother sailing in 2024. James will provide training in the Vedic approach to meditation, a simple, powerful technique in which you learn how to allow your mind to settle and flow with the present, without concentrating or focusing, and without trying so hard to control your racing mind. “We can’t wait to welcome you aboard Passage Nautical, where meditation meets the magic of the San Francisco Bay.” says Deb Reynolds, founder of Passage Nautical.
