The Experience, Alameda: Faction Brewing Co Class

The Experience:

Pints + Bread-making!

Beer and bread – name a more iconic duo. On March 20, 7:30-8pm, Faction Brewing is teaming up with Grainbakers for a spent grain bread-making class right there in their taproom.

At the end of the brewer’s day, you will use the brewery’s fresh, spent grain and work it into a beautiful artisan bread dough. You can customize your bread by adding various flavors from their spice selection, including:

  • UBE Purple Sweet Potato
  • Cinnamon Raisin
  • Rosemary & Sea Salt

Delve into the science behind brewing and explore sustainability in the craft beer industry. You’ll learn about brewer’s spent grain, why it’s considered a superfood, and how to incorporate it into bread.

It will be fun to sip, mix, knead, and craft your own delicious loaf to take home to bake.
Spots are limited. You knead to grab your tickets now. https://www.grainbakers.com/…/breadmaking-class-at…
