The Experience, Alameda: The Park Street Tavern Menu

The Experience:

Mediterranean Classics with a Twist

Look what’s on the menu: Pork Belly over Greek butter beans and sautéed spinach with a balsamic glaze (featured here). Fans say it’s yum!

Feel conflicted between seafood and pasta? Check out one of their classic menu items – Capellini Scampi – sautéed shrimp with a lemon-garlic white wine sauce. If you are craving  comfort food, try their Penne Pasta with a spicy tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella.

Some of their other Mediterranean favorites: The Orzo and Salmon is served with baby spinach, mushrooms and roasted tomatoes in a vodka garlic sauce and the Homemade Gnocchi with Pesto is made with a pesto sauce with mushrooms and roasted cherry tomatoes. Another big hit, the Lamb Paidakia is a Greek marinated and grilled lamb chop served with a hot Greek potato salad with roasted red potatoes, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, arugula and crispy polenta.

You can always stop by the lounge, with the welcoming vibe of a neighborhood bar, for some small bites & your fav from the wine or cocktail list. Hours: Daily 4-9pm. Bar opens at 4pm. Dinner at 5pm. They look forward to seeing you! (510) 671-2867

The Experience, Alameda: Malaya Botanicals @Alameda Point

The Experience:

Pain Away! The Magic of CBD!

Recovering from surgery is always a challenge, especially when your muscles are still sore. And we know physical therapy and lateral movements are needed to hasten healing. One of Malaya Botanicals’ clients, Joc, who goes to the gym, knows this struggle especially after a torn rotator cuff surgery. “We’re so glad to know that our premium CBD Muscle Pain Relief Cream is the game changer that Joc needed,” comments owner Pia Barton. “Her Yelp review says it all! Not only is it effective in giving her instant relief that lasts for hours, it also has a mild scent that’s just perfect for our skin without that strong menthol scent like other pain creams out there.”

So put on your workout shoes and get ready to say goodbye to muscle pain! Remember to consult with your physical therapist on what movement works best for healing after surgery. As for muscle soreness, they have some great products from which to choose and they also have a trial size of the CBD Muscle Pain Relief Cream if you want to check it out.

Please note Malaya Botanicals have relocated form Webster St to Alameda Point. And during current construction, you can find the entrance to their parking lot on West Ranger St. You can also order online and and can have free delivery if you live in Alameda! Enjoy.
