Guacamole with Shrimp and Bacon – avocados, onions, cilantro, tomatoes, lime, jalapeños, grilled shrimp with corn, and smoked bacon. And you have to try the Guacamole with Chorizo and Bacon! It’s made with avocados, onions, cilantro, tomatoes, lime, fresh jalapeños, Mexican sausage, smoked bacon, andqueso.
La Penca Azul and their taco bar are known for their handmade tortillas and fresh salsas made daily. Delicious tacos topped with fresh cilantro and pickled onions, antojitos, burritos, quesadillas, and more. They have a fun Tequila Bar serving only 100% blue agave Tequilas, plus cocktails, beer, and wine.
