It was an incredible honor for C’era Una Volta to cook for Senator Nancy Pelosi at the Italian Consulate in San Francisco recently. From burrata to branzino, Chef Rudy brought the flavors — and the flair! Rudy exclaimed, “Grazie mille to the Consulate for the warm hospitality and an unforgettable afternoon.” And yes… there was Torta della Nonna involved.

The Platters & Trays have imported Italian Specialty items, organic produce, grass fed and free-range beef. And they are dedicated to celebrating Italian Cuisine and sharing with your colleagues, family and friends.
