Create a heart-warming, soul-warming experience for those you work with and enjoy a diverse menu of Italian traditional, vegetarian and vegan dishes. Bring this timeless tradition of Mediterranean delights – ingredients, recipes and cooking techniques developed on the Italian Peninsula in Livorno and Palermo since antiquity, to your team! Besides meals, platters and trays of appetizers can also be ordered for delivery.

Cera Una Volta prides themselves in catering their delicious food at a remote site of your choosing – such as a hotel, hospital, pub, cruise ship, park, filming site or studio, entertainment site, event venue, winery, business location or  just in your own home.

Remember: Food is a personal reflection of the host, whether it’s in a corporate environment or a fun venue, you want to set the right mood to motivate productivity and create deeper connections. If you have a special request, they will do their best to make it happen.

Choose 3 entrées, each including 2 portions plus 1 Salad & 1 Focaccia per entrée. Package Price: only $80 (or $13.33 per meal) Order by Friday 11/3 and pick it up on Tuesday 11/7 or have it delivered to you and you are set!

  1. Orto Salad – Organic mixed baby greens, carrots, radishes, olives, tomatoes and a side of balsamic vinaigrette
  2. Spinach Salad – Organic baby spinach, carrots, walnuts, caramelized red onions
  3. Cali-Italia Salad – Organic mixed greens, gorgonzola cheese, walnuts, dried cranberries and side of vinaigrette (vegan upon request)

Entrees

  1. Eggplant Parmigiana with mozzarella & our walnut basil pesto
  2. Pasta con Salmone Affumicato- Penne & smoked salmon with cream sauce; garnish – parmesan
  3. Farro con Pesto- Hearty Farro grain and our Walnut & Basil Pesto – Vegan on request
  4. Sausage Pizza with Mushrooms & Olives – Veg./Vegan on request
  5. Bud Spencer Style Beans with Italian Sausage & Rosemary- as seen in Spaghetti Westerns!
  6. Organic Quinoa alla Contadina – Vegan/GF – Sauteed onions, bell peppers & carrots with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
