The Experience, Oakland: Waldear Kegerators at Lake Merritt

The Experience:

Session Beer Fest is Back!

Join Waldear Kegerators down at the 2022 Session Beer Fest Saturday, July 23, 1-5pm

It’s been over three years since 2019’s Session Fest, but Drakes brewing Co is bringing it back and partnering with Bike East Bay for the 8th Session Beer Fest. Gather your friends and make plans to join them in Oakland for a day of drinking session beers, food trucks, music and fun. Enjoy 25+ breweries with craft session beers under 5%ABV!

Waldear Kegerators will show you how to elevate your evenings with fresh beer on tap in your own backyard or home. And will demonstrate how the Jockey Box empowers you to always have fresh beer on tap on the go –  out camping or at a party or picnic. Beautifully crafted cabinets with teak accents, custom made to fit your lifestyle.

Pre-sale tickets for the Session Beer Fest are $30 for 5 tickets + Session Fest glass / $50 for 10 tickets + Session Fest glass, ending at 11:59pm on July 22, 2022 (or until we sell out). That’s tonight!

Pending availability, tickets will be sold at the door (cost a little higher).  Each ticket is for one 8oz pour. Get on down. It’s or a good cause.  Bike East Bay leads campaigns to win new bike lanes and upgrade our streets for all of us –  everyone who bikes, walks, and takes transit benefits from their efforts.

The event is at Snow Park  between Harrison St & 19th St, Lakeside Dr. at Lake Merritt in Oakland.

The Experience:

What’s Brewing at your House?

This Waldear Kegerator is ready to roll out the door to some lucky beer drinker’s home.

Get ready for the warmer weather and elevate the beer drinking experience at your home! Pouring beers for friends and families  just got more fun. These  kegerators are built by hand with an elegant finish. Besides being a nice piece of furniture, they are also eco and wallet friendly. Buying fresh kegs of beer reduces the waste caused by cans and bottles and is kinder to your wallet over time.

“Right now folks seem to be stocking their kegrator with Barebottle kegs and Home Brew,” says owner Jamie Waldear. “It all started during the pandemic  with the closing of the breweries. My dad, a custom cabinet maker, and I built our own kegerator and brought that brewery vibe to our backyard.”

Waldear Kegerators are custom made to fit your outdoor room or indoor space. Plus, it’s a way to support your favorite craft brewery. Follow Waldear Kegerators on Instagram to track upcoming events and demos. You can text Jamie at (510) 529-1133.
