The Experience, Emeryville: Townhouse

The Experience:

Treat Yourself to Comfort Classics!

The Townhouse, an established Emeryville institution since 1926,  is now open Wednesdays – Saturdays from 4 to 8pm.  They’re starting small with a pop-up style menu by Chef Maximilian DiMare of Wood Tavern. Think simple, Italian inspired dishes perfect for sharing.

With 2020 came a global pandemic and the end of an era – Townhouse had to close its doors and Chef and owner Ellen Hope Rosenberg has passed the torch onto a new restaurant group. You’ll be seeing some familiar faces and some new faces as well. Keeping in the tradition of comfort classics with an elevated style, the new kitchen crew has created a menu that’s fresh, local and an ode to their cherished history. Their revamped patio is waiting for you!  Reservations are highly recommended. 510-652-6151
