Anticuchos – Big Hit Summer Grub!

Grill and chill with the folks at Paradita Eatery this weekend! Enjoy their Anticuchos (skewers) grilled to perfection with a glass of beer! Or some say a Mohito is mint to be the appropriate adult social beverage!

Anicuchos are Peruvian street cart inspired grilled skewers, marinated in panca paste (paste from Aji chili pepper) and Peruvian spices. Two skewers per order, served with Yukon gold potato wedge. Your choice of Chicken or Pork Belly.

They also have, Sandwiches, six different Bowls all served with Jasmine Rice and a tasty Quinoa Salad with Toasted Quinoa, Mixed Greens, Tomatoes, Choclo (Peruvian corn), Queso Fresco and Passion Fruit Vinaigrette

You also may want to try their Pollo a la Brasa – Mary’s Organic Rotisserie chicken marinated in their famous Peruvian seasoning. The meal comes with fries and two sauces (Huancaina & Chimichurri). You can order a half or whole chicken. Outdoor dining’s the best!

Naru Sushi Offers Up Sushi, Bento Boxes + Donburi!

Naru Sushi is now open! Public Market Emeryville is thrilled to welcome Naru Sushi to the food hall and it’s really like welcoming family because Naru is owned by longtime food hall purveyor NabiQ.

This new eatery has lots of appetizers including Sashimi Appetizers and a Sashimi Salad. Nigri, Bento Boxes, Donburi – rice bowls with choice of Chicken, Beef, Shrimp, Salmon, Unagi. Teriyaki and Katsu dishes. Curry Bowls, and of course lots of Sushi Rolls.  Don’t forget the Green Tea ice cream for dessert!

Their focus is to do their best to provide fresh and delicious sushi to their customers who visit Naru Sushi.

A fun evening awaits you as you iimmerse yourself in some great jazz with signature cocktails. craft beer and great wine. Plus appetizers, comfort food and legendary entrees.

This week’s artist: Q4 Jazz Project! The Q4 Jazz Project presents contemporary arrangements reflecting the “Blue Note” era in jazz. Many great and unforgettable jazz musicians were introduced to the world by Blue Note Records and their music lives on today. Their goal is to keep it alive and exciting with new arrangements and approaches to many of the same iconic compositions. The musicians have all accompanied and been influenced by Jazz greats including Joe Henderson, Art Tatum, Thelonius Monk, Herbie Hancock, John Handy, Quincy Jones, Wes Montgomery, George Benson, Pharoah Sanders and Elvin Jones, to name a few.
