The Experience, Alameda: Dashe Cellars Zinfandel

The Experience:

Taste + Stock Up On Zinfandel!

Just in time for summer grilling, Dashe Cellars would like to introduce you to their newest vintage of “Les Enfants Terribles”: the 2018 Mendocino Cuvée Zinfandel, which they offered in a tasting at the Oakland Zoo’s Walk in the Wild fundraiser last weekend.

The fruit was sourced from the Signal Ridge Vineyard in the Mendocino Ridge AVA, the highest vineyard in the appellation. With the kind of bright acidity that is only found in high-altitude fruit, this wine is crisp and juicy with lots of red fruit, and a finish that goes on for days. Pop a bottle in the refrigerator for 15 minutes for a perfect temperature. Wine Enthusiast rates it with 91 points!

Pull a cork, light the grill, and enjoy a glass on its own or pair it with your favorite burger. They have an Anniversary Case Sale that expires next week! Stock up now on your Zinfandel for the weekend!

Dashe also offers “golden hour” specials on Thursdays and Fridays from 5 to 7 p.m. for prime sunset viewing.
