The Experience:

Guess Who’s Running the Kitchen!

A favorite salad is the first hint – Quinoa Kale Salad made with Quinoa, pecans, golden raisins, parmesan cheese, romaine, and lemon dressing.

Another hint: Frida Fried Chicken Sandwish with free range crispy chicken, jalapeno slaw, honey whole grain Dijon, and aioli on a French roll.

And another: Tropical Fish Tacos – local Rock Cod, tropical salsa, cabbage, chipotle aioli, and black beans with 3 house-made tortillas.

Assemble is currently open Wednesday-Saturday 11am-2:30pm followed by Happy Hour at the Riveter Bar from 3-7pm. Here is a message from Assemble’s chefs from their Brezo Facebook page:
