Lara Choe invites you to join them for Brunch on Easter Sunday from 11am to 3pm! Though they have a limited menu of brunch dishes, you can pretty much have your Eggs Benedict anyway you want them, from Florentine to Dungeness Crab.

Here’s the Brunch  Menu

  • Cannelloni – Homemade pasta stuffed with dungeness crab, shrimp, and ricotta cheese topped with mozzarella. Served with lemon cream sauce.
  • Eggs Benedict Florentine – Poached eggs, spinach, homemade hollandaise sauce served with morning potatoes and fresh fruits. (Substitute Canadian Bacon, Smoked Salmon or Dungeness Crab)
  • Frittata – Open-face vegetable omelet with bell peppers. Broccoli, green beans, tomatoes and onion. Served with morning potatoes and fresh fruits.

Need a last-minute option for Thanksgiving? Lara’s Fine Dining has you covered. Make a reservation or order for pickup. Choice of soup or salad, entrée, coffee or tea and dessert. Thanksgiving Dinner is served from 11am – 8pm. Here’s what’s on the menu.

Starters – House Salad or Clam Chowder Soup

Entree Choices

  • Roast Turkey with mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, yams, cranberry sauce, and vegetables.
  • Prime Rib with mashed potatoes, vegetables, au-jus, and creamy horse radish.
  • Salmon or Catch of the Day with mashed potatoes, vegetables, and lemon caper sauce.
  • Spanish Ravioli served with fresh tomato basil sauce

Dessert Choices

  • Pumpkin Pie
  • Pecan Pie
  • Tiramisu
  • Chocolate Mousse

Art Paints the City of Richmond with Vibrant Talent!

Arts of Pt Richmond  has certainly kept its promise to enrich the community with art experiences and provide artists support, appreciation, and exposure. There are  powerful ongoing exhibits in three locations in Richmond and outside of buildings you’ll discover Taking it Outdoors, a concept created by Kenoli Oleari and Sharon Good.  50 banners showcase art all over downtown Pt Richmond, supporting the premise that art should be indoors and outdoors, basically everywhere in our lives.  (DJ Leland Sailing on the Bay photograph -right)

El Sol Restaurant is serving up its art exhibit of AOPR member artists that runs through October 13, 2021 with the theme ‘Landscapes’. Participating artists: Dee Bell, Andi Biren, Carol Engelbrecht, Rita Gardner, Caitlin Hibma, Irene Hightower, and Nancy Whitley. Drop  by to enjoy the colorful art exhibit and stay for the margaritas and Mexican food made from traditional family recipes at El Sol! 101 Park Place, Point Richmond. (Featured image above)

Milling through the many rooms at Lara’s Fine Dining, you will find ‘fine dining’ and ‘fine art’! Artwork is animating the walls of the restaurant and art banners paint the parking lot with joy and free-spiritedness, as they welcome you to Lara’s  and Ahn’s Restaurant & Bar next door. The show, running through November 2021, features works by AOPR member artists: Debi Cooper, Jim DeWitt, Emily Erickson, Rita Gardner, Jeanne Hendrickson, Irene Hightower, Bill Johnston Jr., Betsy Kellas, Nora Lee, DJ Leland, Nancy Noble, Ellen Pechman, Judy Rattner, Bette Tarr, Sharon Taylor-Ward, George Tomberlin, Nancy Whitley, and Louise Williams.  Enjoy your favorites from their Italian and California Cuisine inspired  menu. 1900 Esplanade Drive on Marina Bay.

The Pt Richmond US Post Office window exhibit has changed! New artworks by fifteen Arts of Point Richmond member artists participated in the newest ART TAG challenge, with the theme of INSIDE/OUT. Artists: Jeanne Hendrickson, Bob Colin, DJ Leland, Bonnie Leonard, Caitlin Hibma, Debi Cooper, George Tomberlin, Carole Englebrecht, Becca Riley, Emily Erickson, David Moore, Louise Williams, Marilyn Hertzberg, Anna Froker, and Cheri Carter. Art Tag is a creative challenge taken up by interested AOPR artists. This exhibit runs through Oct. 4, 2021.

Arts of Point Richmond is a community association established to enrich our community by providing support, appreciation, and exposure for the arts.
