Larry Ellison envisions the 2017 America’s Cup regattas taking place in AC45s around the globe in all countries that have a team and ending up in Hawaii for the Louis Vuitton Cup. The winner then will challenge the defending champion, Oracle Team USA, for the America’s Cup in the waters off of Honolulu in AC60s.
