Celebrate Life & Love at this romantic Valentine’s Winemaker Dinner with Chef Extraordinaire, Frank Miller and R&B Cellars Winemakers Kevin & Barbara Brown. Each course is thoughtfully paired with a delicious wine from R&B Cellars.

  • Assorted Amuse-Bouche – Chef’s Choice Paired with a Blanc de Blanc Methode Champenoise “Chanson des Etoiles”
  • Lodi Appetizer – Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, Lobster Bisque, Pastry Cheese Twist Trio Paired with 2021 Chardonnay “Sarabande”
  • Central Coast Salad  – Organic local baby Gem lettuce, roasted chioggia beet carpaccio, burrata with a Meyer lemon walnut vinaigrette Paired with 2021 Pinot Noir “Portamento”

Pizza Paired with Wine!

Come for the view and explore Chef Frank Miller’s wood-fired pizzas while tasting some great red wines at Riggers’s Loft. Here’s a sampling of these delectable 12” pizzas on a special dough made with local honey and virgin olive oil.

They offer their own version of Pizza Margherita and Local Artisan-Made Sausage or Pepperoni Pizzas with all the toppings and then there are some interesting choices.

Have you ever had a Clam Chowder Pizza? This one is topped with a New England Clam Chowder base, clams, applewood bacon, baby potatoes, jalapeños, fresh mozzarella, Pecorino Romano, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheeses.

There’s a Roasted Veggie Pizza topped with grilled and roasted vegetables, fresh mozzarella, basil, olive oil, shaved Pecorino Romano cheese and a Pizza Quatro Formaggi with San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, fontina, Pecorino Romano, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheeses. You can ask for gluten-free pizza also.

Lastly, you don’t have to travel to the south of France for the tasty Shrimp Cote D’Azur Pizza made with San Marzano tomatoes, basil pesto, four cheese blend, large shrimp, local goat cheese, sun-dried tomato, Pecorino Romano, and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheeses.

And the best part is that you can pair your pizza with your choice of over 25 different red wines, including a Bordeaux Blend, a Mourvèdre and several Zinfandels – all made locally.

East Brother is closed on Christmas, Sun, Dec 25 and open Christmas Eve from 11am – 1 or 2 or 4pm depending on visitors to the taproom. So, hurry down and get those last-minute gifts for the beer-lovers in your family. If you are heading there on the 24th you can pack a picnic as the food trucks are parked at their homes for Christmas with their families.
