About Mom + Pop Art Shop

Mom and Pop Art Shop is a little shop located in the artsy community of Point Richmond featuring rotating artists from all around the world, one-of-a-kind toys, jewelry and creative activities, like puzzles and assorted toys that help expand a child’s imagination. Throughout the shop you can find vintage items as well as custom furniture for sale. The Antiques add a sense of nostalgia to an ever-changing inventory of well-made crafty items only sold there.

It’s going to be sunny on Saturday! Head down to the water to Riggers Loft for an afternoon of great wine, great views, tasty bites and great tunes! It’s a sip and vibe day.

Sat., Nov. 16th Corner Pocket, a Bay-area based blues, soul, classic rock, R&B and funk band, will play from 2-5pm.

Expect to hear tunes from Tower of Power, Stevie Wonder, Fleetwood Mac, Sly & The Family Stone, Tom Petty, Pretenders, Al Green, Steely Dan, Susan Tedeschi, Aretha Franklin and more.

Jim DeWitt Showcase + Estate Sale!

Today is Halloween and you are in for a treat!

Jim DeWitt’s daughter Pam Delaney worked diligently to uncover the remaining body of artwork that she has at her Dewitt Gallery & Framing shop in Pt Richmond. And now she is opening her shop for five days Wed, Nov 13 through Sun, Nov 17 for the Jim DeWitt Estate Sale.

Join her to celebrate her father’s work at the Opening Reception Wed, Nov 13. from 4-8pm. Gallery hours Thurs – Sun are 11am – 8pm. His paintings are vibrant, just like the man.

About Jim DeWitt

Jim DeWitt gained world renown for his paintings of racing yachts. The spirit and honesty of his vibrant and action-filled marine art reflects both his prodigious artistic skills and his many years as a sailing champion in San Francisco and beyond.

In 2012, Jim was named Artist-in-Residence by the Golden Gate Yacht Club, host of the 34th America’s Cup in San Francisco. He passed away Nov 19, 2022, at age 92, leaving a void in the San Francisco Bay Area sailing community.
