Did you know Faction is situated near not one, but two Ferry Terminals? Their brewers are excited to collaborate with San Francisco Bay Ferry on their Brews with Views project to celebrate three communities connected by SF Bay Ferry routes. Faction is, of course, celebrating Alameda with Hop On!
Alameda’s Faction Brewing Co.: Hop On! – a West Coast style Pale Ale hopped with El Dorado, Chinook, and Simcoe.
Their ‘ferry-well-situated’ friends and neighbors to the north Mare Island Brewing Co. and East Brother Beer Company also brewed ferry-themed beers for this project.
Vallejo’s Mare Island Brewing Co.: Ferry No. 2 IPA -.a juicy IPA highlighting South African hops, named after one of the most storied ferries to ever serve our Bay Area waters.
Richmond’s East Brother Beer Co.: Ferry Good Pale Ale – an English style Pale Ale, golden bronze, with noticeable hop bitterness – clean crisp, with a subtle herbal finish.
Faction invites you to find Hop On in cans in their taproom and on select routes aboard the SF Bay Ferry! Check out San Francisco Bay Ferry for more info on which routes to find all the beers! Of course, you can always Hop On the ferry and visit Mare Island Brewing and East Brother and grab a 4pk from the source!
