Restaurateur Bill Higgins and East Brother Beer Co opened Tam Tavern—a lively new Mill Valley gathering place where elevated pub fare meets award-winning craft beer, sports bar and beer garden. Chef-driven menus, 15 rotating taps and craft cocktails make the perfect blend of food, drink and community at the foot of Mount Tam. Your destination after a vigorous bike ride or hike. Or just because you want to watch the game with a pint and some great grub.

You will find all kinds of starters from Brussel Sprouts to Potato Pancakes to Oysters on the Half Shell, Prawn Salads, Seasonal Salads and Chicken Soup. Mains include the Bo Pilsner Beer Battered Fish & Chips, Double Smash Burger or Veggie Burger and even Prime Rib. All kinds of pizzas. And Banana Split anyone? This is just a sneak preview. Chef Michael Siegel’s menu pairs with every pint and cocktail: Bavarian pretzels, bratwurst and schnitzel, beer-battered fish & chips, smashburgers, crisp salads and wood-fired pizzas.

10–15 rotating taps highlight German and English-style brews, in addition to light Bo Pils and Mexican Lagers, rich Oatmeal Stouts, hoppy IPAs and dark Bavarian lagers. A full bar offers a selection of classic cocktails with a twist. Big screen TVs throughout the space make it the perfect spot to catch the game with friends.
