Three varieties of Bun (pronounced “Boon”) have vermicelli served on a bed of lettuce, mint leaves, cilantro, bean sprouts, & cucumbers, topped with pickled carrots, crushed peanuts, & green onions with their House Special Sauce. Known for their Pho, their signature broths are slow cooked & simmered for hours before they are ready to be served to you with rice noodles, sprouts, jalapeño, and fresh herbs.
