The Experience, San Pablo: La Strada Ristorante Italiana – that’s what friends are for

Create your FNO at La Strada!

Every month people are gathering at their favorite restaurants, as a group, to catch up, eat, drink, and make a little bit of merry.

La Strada is a great place to schedule your monthly Friends Night Out. The ambiance is warm, the servers are attentive, the food is authentic, tasty and shareable, the selection of wines and cocktails is extensive – there’s something for everyone. And if you’re an auditory person like me, the acoustics are great – you can hear each other! The music doesn’t overpower, allowing you to focus on individual and group conversations.

The health benefits of an FNO routine should not be over estimated. We are all social beings, and with the increase in work from home, we have to create new situations to bring us closer together. So pick a day, make a reservation….rinse and repeat. You’ll come away with good feelings that will last till next month.

The Experience: Happy New Year 2022!

So much to be thankful for, so much to look forward to.

But if you have much to complain about, we feel you too! It’s been rough, this new normal.

So we count our small blessings, now all the more appreciated. And we move on. 2022, we’re counting on you!

Sometimes we forget the jewels buried in our own backyard.

A good way to start “moving on” is right in our own backyard. The love of our lives that hasn’t gone anywhere – Nature. We have every kind of beauty you could want in the Bay Area – oceans, rivers, lakes, hills and mountains. Trees to climb, fish to fry, playgrounds to wear out.

Thank you to all the organizations dedicated to maintaining our SF Bay, regional parks, trails, waterways and the San Francisco Bay Trail for our enjoyment… maybe even our sanity.

We’ll see you out there!
