Fill your Kitchen with the Flavors of Tuscany!

Let Chef Rudy prepare your dinner meals for you this week. Here’s how it works: choose three ready-made entrees, which includes one salad and focaccia.  Order by Friday 3/31 and pick it up on Tuesday 4/4 or have it delivered to you and you are set!

TUTTI A TAVOLA  ~all at the table~ Menu for April 4th.  A variety of menu styles with traditional, vegetarian and vegan options.

Salads

  1. Orto Salad – Organic mixed baby greens, carrots, radishes, olives, tomatoes and a side of balsamic vinaigrette
  2. Spinach Salad – Organic baby spinach, carrots, walnuts, caramelized red onions
  3. Cali-Italia Salad – Organic mixed greens, gorgonzola cheese, walnuts, dried cranberries and side of vinaigrette (vegan upon request)

Entrees

  1. Gnocchi ai Tartuffo – Truffle Gnocchi & Mushroom Cream Sauce
  2. Salmon Filet & Roasted Vegetables
  3. Fagioli all’Uccelletto – Cannellini Beans stewed in tomato sauce with sage and Italian Sausage
  4. Pizza Mushroom & Olives – (vegan upon request)
  5. Pizza Sausage & Portobello – with house-made sausage
  6. Eggplant Parmigiana with Roasted Vegetables – a house favorite
  7. Risotto ai Porcini – Porcini mushroom blend with sauteed rice (vegan upon request)

Order by Friday March 31. Pickup or Delivery on Tuesday, April 4 between 11am and 6pm. A tavola non s’invecchia mai – “At the table, we never grow old.”

Next week’s menu is up! Take Home the Taste of Tuscany every week for lunch or dinner. Here’s how it works: three ready-made meals for two people or six ready-made meals for one person. You select three entrees which includes one salad and focaccia. Order by Friday. Pickup on Tuesday. It’s only $13.33/meal or $80.Choose from a variety of Chef Rudy’s traditional, vegetarian and vegan options.

Chef Rudy’s offering up a weekly lunch/dinner program with menu items changing weekly. Here’s how it works: three ready-made meals for two people or six ready-made meals for one person. You select three entrees which includes one salad and focaccia. Order by Friday. Pickup on Tuesday. It’s only $13.33/meal or $80. Imagine one of those times where you see that the following week you have back-to-back meetings and events. Order by Friday. Pick it up on Tuesday and you are set! Plus, a wonderful dinner to look forward to when you get home.

This week’s sample menu includes three salads and seven entrees, including lasagna,  pizza sausage and radicchio, vegan pizza with mushrooms, vegan risotto with saffron. risotto with saffron & chicken, pizza with mushrooms & olives, ravioli with porcini cream sauce. It’s almost Friday and time for Happy Hour. It is looking sunny this weekend. Get out, enjoy some wine and food, and take in the sun and the views across San Francisco Bay!  Fridays C’era Una Volta will be serving up Charcuterie and Cheese Platters on the patio of Dasche Cellars and Urban Legend Cellars.  Crostini complements their charcuterie & cheese platters. And they can’t wait to see you there!

Word from the wineries is that beginning Friday, October 14, Dashe and UL will be going back to  their seatings times beginning at 4 and 4:15pm!
