On February 22 at Redman Hall in downtown Vallejo, the culinary event of the season features home and professional chefs creating delectable masterpieces using Vallejo’s favorite citrus. It’s a fundraiser for the Capitol Steps Project that includes an art auction, jazz by Ron Nadler and The Lemon Drops and, of course, tastes of the many lemony confections. Tickets are $25 and available online at Brown Paper Tickets, live and in person at gen information booth at the Ferry Building or at the Naval and Historic Museum on Marin Street. Those contributing a dish are admitted free of charge.
